Program Details
Designation: Associate Technical Product Consultant
Duration: 6 months apprenticeship
Location: Noida (Hybrid work model)
Stipend: Competitive and aligned with Adobe’s industry standards
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
Selection Process: 3 interview rounds including an online test
Role Description
Adobe seeks passionate and enthusiastic individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join its India Customer Engineering business unit. This unit handles onboarding of new customers and acts as the primary point of contact for Adobe’s Ultimate Customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely technical support for Adobe Experience Cloud products via phone and portal.
Resolve complex technical issues, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Multitask and prioritize incidents efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Collaborate with internal product teams as a customer advocate.
Document and track customer issues systematically.
Troubleshoot and escalate cases to engineering teams as necessary.
Create product content such as knowledge base articles, whitepapers, and participate in forums.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong front-end development knowledge: HTML, AngularJS, React, UI, JavaScript, CSS
Good understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag Libraries, JSTL
Experience with enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Exposure to PHP, Python, PySpark, or related libraries
Web technologies expertise including XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JSP, and RESTful web services
Application development experience with databases and SQL queries
Familiarity with various operating systems
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
