Internship Opportunity: Tech Support Engineer
Rupeek invites passionate and technically inclined fresh graduates to apply for the Tech Support Engineer Internship Program 2025. This role is ideal for candidates eager to solve technical challenges, support users effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve technical issues occurring in various Rupeek products.
Coordinate effectively with multiple teams to ensure timely problem resolution.
Manage incidents and track issues using ticketing systems.
Provide clear and prompt communication to users and internal stakeholders.
Who Can Apply?
Education: BE / B.Tech / BCA graduates (2025 batch)
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Basic computer science understanding and logical reasoning.
Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and incident management.
Comfortable with software product concepts, networking basics, REST APIs, and web technologies.
Strong team collaboration and knowledge-sharing mindset.
Personal Attributes:
Eagerness to learn and take ownership.
