Job Description
Wipro’s School of IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) is an industry-academia program designed to transform Diploma holders into future-ready IT professionals. It provides a platform to pursue a Wipro-sponsored B.Tech in Information Systems from a government-recognized "Institute of Eminence" while gaining full-time work experience at Wipro.
This "earn while you learn" model combines academic excellence, professional training, and real-time project exposure, all under Wipro’s mentorship.
Eligibility Criteria:
10th Standard: Pass
12th Standard: Pass
Diploma: Minimum 50%
(Only full-time diploma programs accepted)
Core Mathematics must be part of the diploma curriculum
(Business/Applied Maths not considered)
Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025
Age: Minimum 18 years at the time of onboarding
Education Gap: Up to 3 years allowed between 10th and start of diploma
Maximum One Active Backlog allowed during assessment (must be cleared before 6th semester completion)
Citizenship:
Indian Nationals
PIO/OCI card holders (if holding a foreign passport)
Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide valid citizenship proof
Candidates must not have participated in any Wipro selection process in the last 3 months
Selection Process:
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes):
Verbal Ability – 20 questions (20 mins)
Analytical Ability – 20 questions (20 mins)
Quantitative Aptitude – 20 questions (20 mins)
Written Communication Test – 1 essay (20 mins)
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training
Service Agreement:
Duration: 48 Months
Candidates who leave the organization before this period will be required to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis

Wipro reserves the right to select, shortlist, or disqualify any candidate based on internal guidelines
The entire selection process is confidential. Candidates are not entitled to information disclosure at any stage
Offers are conditional. If a candidate fails to meet required conditions (academic or ethical), the offer will be withdrawn
Malpractice in any form (e.g., impersonation, document forgery, cheating in assessments) will lead to immediate disqualification and legal consequences
