Position Overview:
As a Software Development Engineer – Level 1, you’ll design, build, and test scalable digital products used by automotive dealerships worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain full-stack exposure, and learn to architect reliable, high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable software components and microservices
Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions
Work on full-stack development (web, mobile, cloud)
Communicate progress, challenges, and updates clearly to your team and leadership
Participate in code reviews and proactively suggest improvements
Stay up to date with evolving technologies, tools, and practices
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 0–3 years of hands-on development experience
Education: Strong foundation in Computer Science (Bachelor’s degree required)
Skills:
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Curiosity to learn modern tech stacks and tools
Tech Stack Exposure (Bonus if familiar):
Languages: Java, Python, C#
Frontend: React, Angular, GWT, Bootstrap
Mobile: Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), Flutter
Backend: Spring, Microservices, Docker, Drools
Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes
Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch
