About the Role
This is a remote full-time role starting with a structured 6-month probation period, with faster promotion available based on your performance. You will work on real-world projects involving React, Next.js, JavaScript, and open-source contributions alongside senior engineers.
Program Structure
Month 1: Learn advanced React and modern frontend architecture (with mentorship).
Months 2–3: Contribute to open-source, React-based projects.
Months 4–6: Collaborate on client projects and production-grade code.
You are allowed to use AI-based code assistance, but you must be able to explain:
Every line of code
Logic and architecture
Security, scalability, and maintainability
All code is human-reviewed by experienced engineers.
Compensation Structure
Period Monthly Pay Notes
Probation (~6 Months) ₹25,000/month Paid training phase
Confirmation Bonus ₹1,50,000 One-time bonus on promotion
Post-Confirmation ₹1,00,000/month Starting salary as Software Engineer (React)
Total CTC: ₹12,00,000 per annum
Eligibility Criteria
Open to students graduating between Nov 2025 and July 2026
Also open to working professionals willing to go through the training and compensation structure
Must have a strong GitHub profile with active open-source contributions (especially PRs)
Good understanding of JavaScript, React, and frontend engineering
Willingness to learn Next.js, work on team projects, and contribute to open source
Good to Have
Internship or freelance experience in frontend/web development
Familiarity with backend technologies (PHP/Python)
Experience using API testing tools like Postman
Interest in open-source technologies and remote work environments

Round 1 (5–10 mins): Quick Zoom screening
Round 2 (30–60 mins): In-depth technical interview
