Job Role: Fullstack Developer – Amazon Connect
Experience Level: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
Build Amazon Connect contact flows for calls and chats with AWS Lambda, Lex, and integrations
Develop backend services using Python or Node.js
Create front-end user interfaces in React (JavaScript)
Integrate AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lex, CloudFormation, Secrets Manager, Kinesis, CloudFront
Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD
Testing & Quality
Create and execute manual test cases for Connect flows, APIs, and front-end applications
Conduct integration testing across AWS components and third-party tools like CRM
Ensure test coverage for security, scalability, and performance
Collaborate on defect tracking, logging, and documentation
Support & Maintenance
Provide L2/L3 support for Amazon Connect and AWS-integrated solutions
Monitor system logs, alerts, and performance metrics (CloudWatch, Kinesis, etc.)
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations
Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT/Engineering
3–6 years of experience in software development & testing
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect & AWS
Strong Core development experience in Python / Node.js and React (JavaScript)
Skilled in manual testing and test case design
Knowledge of AWS Services: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, Lex, CloudFormation, IAM, CloudWatch
Understanding of full-stack development principles and microservices architecture
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
Proficiency in GitLab and CI/CD automation
Familiarity with analytics tools: Contact Lens, Athena, QuickSight, Kinesis
Exposure to CRM integrations like Salesforce
Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools
CI-driven testing experience preferred
