Eligibility Criteria
For Associate Software Engineer (ASE – 1+ YOE):
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
1+ years of experience in software development
Proficient in Java or another OOP language
Strong skills in data structures, algorithms, and problem solving
Good understanding of database concepts
Knowledge of secure coding practices, unit testing, and object-oriented design
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Nice to Have:
Experience with REST APIs
Exposure to MariaDB or MySQL
Basic UI development experience
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
Understanding of SSL, PKI, and web security
Similar or more advanced skill expectations apply for SE, SSE, and QA roles, depending on years of experience and role responsibilities.
