Education: Graduation is NOT required. Undergraduates and dropouts with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Communication: Exceptional English voice communication skills are mandatory.
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates (0-4 years) are eligible. Prior experience in an International Voice Process will be a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the latest operating systems.
Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with at least 80% accuracy.

As a Customer Retention Executive, you will be the voice of the brand. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Delivering clear, polite, and highly professional communication to global customers.
Effectively managing and escalating customer issues accurately and appropriately.

Maintaining strict email handle times while remaining friendly, informative, and solution-oriented.
Consistently meeting the department's productivity and quality benchmarks.
