Tech Mahindra is looking for candidates who possess a strong customer-first mindset. Here is what you need to qualify for this role:

  • Education: Graduation is NOT required. Undergraduates and dropouts with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Communication: Exceptional English voice communication skills are mandatory.

  • Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates (0-4 years) are eligible. Prior experience in an International Voice Process will be a significant advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the latest operating systems.

  • Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with at least 80% accuracy.

As a Customer Retention Executive, you will be the voice of the brand. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering clear, polite, and highly professional communication to global customers.

  • Effectively managing and escalating customer issues accurately and appropriately.

  • Using Amazon tools to accurately document contact topics and actions.

  • Maintaining strict email handle times while remaining friendly, informative, and solution-oriented.

  • Consistently meeting the department's productivity and quality benchmarks.

  • Identifying customer trends, suggesting workflow improvements, and proactively seeking solutions.
