Analyze shareholder and company details (Unwrapping Entities)
Conduct KYC & AML investigations
Perform client documentation, verification, and reporting
Track and ensure SLA-based completion of tasks
Escalate complex issues to Team Leads/Managers
Use internal tools for data entry, search, and validation
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
🧠 Skills & Requirements:
Basic understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence)
Ability to process moderately complex transactions
Detail-oriented with strong data interpretation skills
Familiarity with MS Office, data entry, and web-based platforms
Decision-making, organizational, and multitasking capabilities
