As an IT Service Desk Associate, you will provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, or chat. You’ll handle issues related to hardware, software, Microsoft Office, Windows, SharePoint, and more.

Shifts: Rotational (24x7 Support)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Experience Required: 1 to 4 Years
Salary Range: ₹3 – ₹4.5 LPA
🧠 Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues
Identify issues and troubleshoot using internal SOPs
Assist users with Office 365, Windows OS, SharePoint, and hybrid setups
Log, track, and resolve tickets promptly
Act as a liaison between end-users and internal IT departments
Ensure all systems have maximum uptime and availability
Interpret IT policies and provide user guidance
💡 Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong troubleshooting abilities (Windows, Office 365, hardware issues)
Familiarity with Microsoft OS (local & hybrid), SharePoint, and COTS applications
Experience in hybrid (office & remote) IT support is a plus
Ability to multitask and resolve user queries efficiently
Microsoft Certifications or technical degrees are advantageous
