Deliver high-quality customer service via voice and blended support channels (Email, Phone, Chat).
Understand customer issues and provide effective solutions in real-time.
Work collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on achieving service metrics.
Handle complex queries and resolve them with minimal supervision.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
🧾 Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in IT, finance, or other complex service domains.
C1 proficiency in English – both written and spoken.
Prior experience in multi-channel support (chat/email/voice).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a rotational shift, including weekends.
Highly motivated and goal-driven.
🎓 Education:
UG: Any Graduate (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech, etc.)
