Job Description
AVASOFT is inviting applications for the position of Trainee QA/Business Analyst for the September 2025 hiring cycle. This role is open to fresh graduates and professionals with up to 1 year of experience. The selected candidates will work on real-time software projects involving quality assurance, business analysis, and test automation.
About the Role:
A Business & Quality Analyst (BEA or QA) at AVASOFT plays a critical role in software project success. The role combines multiple functions including requirements gathering, test planning, automation testing, project tracking, and communication. The analyst ensures seamless project delivery through structured methodologies, quality focus, and proactive collaboration with development teams.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interest in both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance
Working knowledge or understanding of Automation Testing (Selenium using Java or Python)
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Understanding of core testing concepts
Experience:
0 – 1 Year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
