Which Role is Right for You?
The Analyst Trainee position offers three distinct tracks, aligned to your academic background and interests:
Track 1: IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Focus: Database operations, testing, problem-solving, and IT Service Management.
Eligibility: BCA, BSc (Computer Science, IT, allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics & Electronics with minimum 60% aggregate.
Track 2: Multicloud
Focus: Maintaining computing environments, monitoring production servers, and supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Eligibility: Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, Bvoc, BMS, etc.) with minimum 50% aggregate.
Track 3: Digital Workplace Services (DWS)
Focus: Technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software, and delivering exceptional client service.
Eligibility: Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, Bvoc, BMS, etc.) with minimum 50% aggregate.
Simple Eligibility Checklist:
Batch: 2024 or 2025 graduates.
Degree: Three-year full-time undergraduate degree.
Academics:
IT Track: 60% minimum in X, XII, Diploma, UG (no rounding off).
Multicloud/DWS Track: 50% minimum aggregate (no rounding off).
Arrears: No standing arrears allowed.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and any Cognizant office location in India.
Nationality: Open to Indian nationals and OCIs currently residing in India.
Recency: Must not have attended Cognizant assessments or interviews in the last 6 months.
