Position Overview
Job Role: Associate Engineer (Trainee)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: INR 4,00,100 per annum
Training Structure:
3 months classroom training (stipend of INR 25,000/month)
12 months on-job training post classroom phase

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation Year: 2025
Education: Full-time B.E./B.Tech with no backlogs
Academic Performance: Minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, and graduation
Minimum Age: 18 years at time of joining
Final Year Exams: Must be cleared in first attempt
Bond: INR 2 Lakhs for 2 years & 9 months (mandatory)
