💼 Role Overview
As an IT Engineer (Software Entry), you'll contribute to the end-to-end development of software solutions that power Keysight’s global operations. You’ll engage in everything from writing production-grade code to supporting cloud-native deployments.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable web applications using Java, SpringBoot, and REST/SOAP services
Participate in Agile development and ensure delivery of testable, maintainable code
Provide DevOps support and ensure smooth day-to-day web operations
Collaborate with Web Architects to integrate industry-best tools and processes
Build and deploy prototypes to evaluate new technologies
Support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket)
Engage in global collaboration across time zones
Write shell scripts and work on Unix/Linux environments
Learn and adapt to modern content management systems (e.g., Adobe AEM)
Work with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Lambda functions, RDS
✅ Qualifications
Education:
UG: Any Graduate in Computer Science / IT or related discipline
PG: Any Postgraduate
Required Skills:
Java / J2EE / SpringBoot
RESTful & SOAP-based APIs
DevOps Tools – Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket
Basic experience with Linux/Unix shell scripting
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS
Cloud platforms: AWS / Lambda / RDS / Azure
SDLC methodologies understanding
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Collaborative mindset, global team player
