Cisco is hiring entry-level Software Engineers to join their Access Point (AP) development team in Bangalore, India. Responsibilities:
Design, build, and test software for Wi-Fi Access Points
Develop intuitive user interfaces and troubleshoot performance issues
Collaborate with validation engineers to ensure product reliability
Use AI and automation tools to enhance software quality
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related discipline
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python
Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP)
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11)
Experience with Linux kernel or user-space programming
Familiarity with switching chipsets (Broadcom, Qualcomm, Marvell)
AI/Machine Learning passion is a big plus
