Position Overview
- Designation: Project Engineer
- Compensation: INR 3.50 lacs per annum
- Year of Passing: 2025
- Location: PAN India
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Academic Requirements
- 10th Standard: 60% or above
- 12th Standard: 60% or above
- Graduation: 60% or a CGPA of 6.0 or higher.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or 5-Year Integrated M.E./M.Tech. courses.
- Branch of Study: Open to all branches of Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), and Circuital (e.g., ECE, EEE).
Other Important Criteria
- A maximum of 3 years of educational gap is allowed between 10th grade and graduation.
- No gaps are permitted during the graduation period. The degree must be completed within 4 years.
- Candidates must hold a full-time degree from a course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
- Must be an Indian Citizen, or hold a PIO/OCI card. Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide a citizenship certificate.
Selection Process
The selection process is designed to assess your skills comprehensively and consists of the following rounds:
- Online Assessment:
- Aptitude Test: Logical, Quantitative, and English (Verbal) ability.
- Written Communication Test: An essay writing task.
- Online Programming Test: Two coding challenges. You can choose from Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Voice Assessment: An English communication evaluation.
- Business Discussion: A technical and HR interview round.
Service Agreement
A service agreement is applicable for 12 months post-joining at a value of INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis.
