JOB DESCRIPTION:
Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) or Master's degree (ME/MTech – 5 Year Integrated) in Computer Science/Information Technology or Circuital Engineering from a recognized Indian university. Graduates of the 2023 and 2024 batches are eligible to apply. Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA throughout your academic career (including 10th, 12th, and graduation). Open school or distance education is permitted for 10th and 12th grades only. Gaps and Backlogs: A maximum of 3 years of gap is allowed between 10th and graduation. One backlog is permissible at the time of the assessment stage. All backlogs must be cleared before the offer is confirmed. Additional Requirements Candidates who have participated in any selection process conducted by Wipro within the last six months are ineligible. The selected candidates must possess excellent English communication skills with a decent accent. Basic knowledge of licensing is mandatory. Compensation and Role Salary: Project Engineer Joining Compensation (350,000 Flat Bonus post 6 months from joining – 25K (to be merged with compensation after 12 months of bonus payout)) with regular yearly increments.
