Gather and analyze customer feedback. Monitor product & growth performance. Develop and oversee small to scale projects. Build internal tools on low/ No Code platforms such as Retool/ Flutterflow. Document product features/ updates & manage company wide communications. Manage feature rollouts & product launches. Support Product managers with analytics requirements. Skills Required: Analytical skill - SQL, Mongo, Excel, funnel analysis (such as on Mixpanel), A/B testing. Communication & documentation skills Technical skills - Understanding for fundamental technical elements such as APIs, Databases, Infrastructure Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities Understanding of Low/ No code platforms is a bonus
